If NFL Jersies were made into real Football Jersies that would be very cool. I really like the idea and think the designs are very cool. Too bad this is just a certain number of the teams not all the teams.

Parkor insanity at its finest, this is one of the best Parkor videos I have seen. The cinematography is fantastic and I love how the cameras shift with the stunts, action shots all around London.
Kuwait has won the Gulf Cup against some tough odds, our guys played well and beat out the competition. I don’t I have been this excited watching football in a long time. Our guys held out against the Saudis who were playing pretty roughly but the game was a really good game, both teams had some good shots but at the end it was a clear goal by Walid Ali to score 1-0 in the first half of extra time. When the whistle was blown I think Kuwait went into hysteria, we went out into the streets and everyone was honking, waving flags, dancing, clapping, and all kinds of fun. It just felt so good that we had something to be proud of at last, we haven’t had good news such as this in a long time that Kuwaitis just want to be happy and having fun. I don’t think there is a country in the Middle East that could have gone as crazy as we did last night, every highway, to every road, to every house was packed and celebrating insanely! Congratulations to the players who made us a very happy country! We are tired of the politics, of the constant problems, the stagnant country, and just all these stupid issues. These players have managed to unite a country in a sea of joy and we will welcome them back with open arms, thank you!
I’m amazed at the skill it takes to make these human castles, and they are made up of normal adults, old men, and young kids. Every two years, thousands gather in Tarragona, Spain for a challenge of strength and balance. The objective: build the tallest human castle possible, and it takes everything they have to make sure it goes high and they stay up. The collapses are as spectacular as the triumphs.
Parkour and Martial Arts takes a lot of skill to perform, now these guys take parkour, martial arts, free running, acrobatic stunts and blend them all together for performances, commercials, tv, and movies. What these guys are capable of is mind blowing, they are defying gravity at certain points and I love how the camera follows them in their flips, made me spin my head while looking at the screen. I would love to see them live!

I haven’t gone roller blading in a while, I think even if I tried it at this point I would cause some major damage if I wasn’t wearing any protection. Then there is parkour which I think came out of France, jumping from different objects and basically climbing and flipping through all forms of buildings, parking lots, and other urban structures. Then taking the two and combing them takes a lot of endurance and skill.
There isn’t a lot of sports that I follow but the one I do follow consistently is American Football. I just love watching NFL games and the one thing I wanted to do on my trip was to go a San Francisco 49ers game as they are my favorite team. It was the first home game and they were already 0-1, and it was against the Superbowl Champions, the New Orleans Saints. There was a huge build up to the game and I for one was going crazy from start to end. It was a special day for 49ers fans as they were retiring Jerry Rice’s number at half time, number 80, and every loved Jerry Rice. So many super stars and couches were there from the past. Steve Young and Ronnie Lott and a whole lot of other people, it was just another level of excitement.
Going to the game early is key so you can enjoy the tailgating, in our case some beef hot links and throwing the ball around. Next day my arm was hurting me so that tells me how fit I am, probably in my worst physical state. After tailgating people started heading in to get their seats and I was excited as hell, and this game was not a disappointed. The 49ers did lose in the last two seconds of the game which drove me insane, I screaming my head off all through out the game and loved every moment of it. Going to a live sports game is completely different then watching it on TV, if I had the chance I would go to every game, I just love it.
Bladefish Sea Jets – Underwater Personal Propulsion Jet
The BladeFish SeaJet underwater scooter 5000 is perfect for scuba diving, snorkeling and swimming. The high tech Lithium-ion powered Bladefish looks like a jet engine and generates much more power than comparable previous generation lead acid propulsion devices, it allows for high power and long run time while only weighing about 10lbs.
Swimming in Kubbar I recently got my hands on a Bladefish which is like a small underwater jet. I wasn’t sure how much fun it was going to be, charged it up over four hours to get it to full power. This is the most powerful of its line meant for constant use and recreational scuba divers. After getting to Kubbar I plugged the charging socket as instructed, and jumped right in. When you press & hold both right and left buttons on the handles the propeller comes on and quick tap and hold and it goes even faster. That little sucker pulls you along pretty quickly and I realized that without a mask I would swallowing a lot of salt water which I did for a little while. After putting on the Goggles I went down pretty deep even though the water was a bit murky. Then it pulled me about 100 meters to the island itself and I swam around their with it, then went back to the boat. The battery lasts pretty long since different people were using it, I just wish the water was a little clearer. If you enjoy the water then this is fun and isn’t as expensive as the seabob, and there are other version for the pool if you want. I felt like a kid in water when I was getting pulled around.

This was the first step, I just decided to go right after work to the gym and eat after the gym. Usually I’m tied up for lunch so I don’t have the ability to go the gym, so I don’t go after lunch. I prefer to workout with an empty stomach, light on my feet and able to move around. So this time I went to the gym right after work, last time I went to the gym was in September or October of last year, and people were surprised to see me there.
I just wanted to get on the elliptical trainer for 20-30 minutes cardio, then some chest and bicep resistance training. This is to help lose weight rather then gain muscle mass.
I cam to one realization after the elliptical and starting the resistance training. I’m weak as hell, I used to be able to curl 35 lb dumbbells but this time 20lbs and I was getting tired. It felt good to be at the gym and I was surprised how packed it was and so many people I kept saying hello to. After finish the shoulder, chest and bicep exercises I felt good but I knew would be feeling pain the next day and I did for about three days. Now I’m going to try to go at least twice a week.
