Militants in Saudi Arabia have been planning for years to attack the Americans in Saudi Arabia, when the attack takes place on American Compound the FBI is sent in led by Jamie Fox to do what he knows best. This movie revolves around the complex balance that Saudi has and the relationship with America. What I find good about the movie is that they do show the complexity of the situation in Saudi Arabia to a degree but they can only show so much. The intricate relationships the FBI develops with the Saudi forces specifically Al Ghazi who lost his men in the attack. He also has to see who from his men or other men in Saudi military are working for the militants. It is an action packed movie with a great story, I recommend everyone to watch it.

I was looking for a DVD upscaler back in May since I puschased a screen capable of 1080p programs, and after looking around for what is available and what fits my needs I went with the Denon 3930. It has all the high end features which I require from the upcsaler, and it does an amazing job with old DVD movie, new DVD movies, and anime. A lot of these DVDs have different final quality of the movies and shows, but with this machine it shows them in near perfect format. From the capabilities of all machines in its range it had the best balance of features and price. Most DVD players at the time only upscaled to 1080i or 720p which wouldn’t take the full advantage of the screen. The only issue I had was that it was only available through Panasonic Al Yousifi which is overpriced, but its quite expensive online and only available from the UK. Its a heavy item so it wasn’t going to be cheaper if I bought it online.

Musashi is one of the most notable men from Japanese History, and this book brings the story of this man to life. Musashi is a Ronin, a masterless samurai, who seeks to improve himself as a warrior. Musashi starts off as a rough young man, and through following the way of the sword he turns himself into a master of his form of combat. This story is about a man who goes on a journey to conquer himself to become a better man. Through his journey he crosses paths with other Masters and through each contact he overcomes the obstacles and learns from each event. The story builds up around Musashi and the people that get pulled into this man’s path, people can not help but get attached to this man because of his aura, and he prepares himself for the final battle and what differentiates himself from others is fighting outside the normal boundries of human thought, and putting himself on the line to prove his path. I have never been so engrossed in a book such as this, I have read this book three times since I picked it up over 7 years ago and everytime I read it I get the feeling of satisfaction from reading this book unlike I have gotten from any other.

This is one of the ABC shows that came out in the summer, it was more of a mini-series then anything else. You have two different people, cassie the popular girl in the college Greek system and Rusty who is a freshmen in college and he wants to enter the Greek system. Rusty is smart and enrolled the honors engineering courses, but with all his brain nothing will prepare him for the Greek life. This show looks a the Greek system through the eyes of the people living through it, you get the good and the bad like anything else in life but you really connect with the people in the show. You have some really funny people, but sometimes it gets a bit slow. There are some fun characters in the show which keeps it entertaining, and Rusty is pretty good for a nerd. For a 10 episode mini-series I think it did a good job, and the ending is good but they left a few ends if they are going to bring it back.

After Kenichi witnesses Miu’s skills in martial arts, he joins the Ryōzanpaku dojo, the gathering place of those who are truly strong, which also happens to be Miu’s home. After beating a karate student in a match, he is soon targeted by all the delinquents in the school. Since then, Kenichi’s routine is divided between his hellish training with the masters of Ryōzanpaku, and his fights against the members of Ragnarok, a gang who views him as either a possible ally or an impending threat to their plans. This anime is really entertaining and you can’t help but love Kenichi because no matter how serious he is, he always does something funny. This is an action packed martial arts anime, with the right combination of comedy and drama, it shouldn’t be missed.

I have been using this phone for about four weeks now and using most of the day. It has some clear advantages and disadvantages to this phone, you either will love it or hate it. Overall I think its a very good for its purpose, but some other phones do other things better then it.

Pros:

• Decent battery, lasts at least 3-4 days with normal use
• Bright screen and loud speaker
• Very slim and light
• Interfaces easily with Windows XP
• Simple to make a phone call

• Nearly impossible to text on the go
• Can’t distinct between a number with +965 and a normal number, can’t match them up with a user.
• Windows mobile 6 needs to break away from the stiffness of the competition and go with a better OS.

This is the action packed movie that I have been waiting to see, I’m a huge fan of Jason Statham and Jet Li. Knowing that they are going to be in the movie means its going to be action packed for sure. Statham plays the FBI agent avenging his partner while dealing with the Yakuza and Triads, while Li plays the role of the assassin playing both sides. The plot of the movies isn’t the greatest but that isn’t really why your going to see the movie. The action is non-stop and that is the point of the whole movie, the acting of some of the characters is questionable but it is a very entertaining movie. The funny part about it is they called it Rogue Assassin in Kuwait and not War, I wonder why.

There was a lot hype with the Grindhouse movies from Tarantino and Rodriguez, Planet Terror was Rodriguez’s project. To start off you get this 1970s feeling from this movie, and you know from the start its going to be good. Saying that this movie is gory is an understatement. The amount of stars in this movie is fantastic, I think they got the perfect cast together to make for this action packed, zombie/mutant blowing movie. The movie starts off with different scenes of the story, you slowly get introduced to the characters and then things quickly get pieced together. Then it turns into an explosive pace with blood spewing everywhere, people being cut up, and explosions everywhere. This movie isn’t for the feint of heart, but it does feel like great with the pace and the simple storyline. I got the same feeling as I got from watching Escape From New York back in the day, a simple good fun movie.

This series revolves around Dexter who is a forensic analyst for the Miami-Dade Police Department. Unknowing to his colleagues he is also a serial killer with good intentions. This show was developed by Showtime, and as soon as things start developing you notice the amazing character that is Dexter. Dexter only murders people that deserve to die, and he only does that after he has gathered all the evidence to justify their death. He was taught all the rules of his actions by his stepfather, and he was taught the logic and ethics behind all his actions. Dexter himself is a complex and amazing character just to follow his thoughts, the first seas ended and now they are beginning the second season. Its an amazing show with a fantastic plot line and great characters, and the great part is seeing the dark humor in this show.

This is a movie I have been waiting for a while, and it was worth the wait. This movie is directed by Jude Apatow the same person that directed 40 Year Old Virgin. The movie revolves around Ben Stone, and Allison Scott both living in Los Angeles for different reasons. Allison has an up and coming career in the media industry while Ben is trying to start up a porno website out of an apartment that he is sharing with four of his friends. It would be statistically impossible for these people to meet, but they end up meeting at a Night Club and it seemed that it was going to be a one night stand but turned out more then that. They both went their ways until Allison started feeling sick and realized something was up. The laughs in this movie starts from the introduction of the movie all the way to the end, the laughs are all natural and entertaining. Its just one laugh after the other, and the characters in the movie complement the main characters perfectly. By the time the movie is done you realized you were laughing the whole way through, just a great movie.
