This is a fantastic anouncement! I am really happy since Amazon has the financial leverage to get companies to join them, all the music is going to be DRM-Free! Which is fantastic, I hope more DRM-Free websites pop up, and I think they will have a few music labels to start with but I’m hoping for more. Amazon will be challenging Apple Itunes in this domain.

I have always been a huge fan of Timbaland since back in the day and all his work with Aliyah. I have been hearing a lot of hype regarding this album and this hype isn’t even enough for this album. The beats, sounds, lyrics, and everything put together make for an amazing album. Usually you get 3 maybe 4 tracks on album that you like and thats if your lucky. I can’t believe that I loved every track on his album, it just gets my blood pumping and my mind going. So many different types of tracks that really shows timbalands talents as a musician and producer. I really recommend this CD for anyone who enjoys any form of Hip Hop, Rap, and RnB. Thanks Ananyah for sending it my way!

There some Reggaeton songs that I like and some I’m not into, but this song I liked when I heard it. Now that I have seen the video, I realized that I need to learn Spanish. These women know how to dance and get their bodies moving, something about Latin and South American women. When women dance like that, its hawt!

Nelly Furtado – Loose
I really do enjoy Nelly Furtado’s songs, and this CD was nothing short of fantastic, so many good beats and I love her voice and how she adapts her singing to the beat of the song. Timbaland did a good job working on the songs with Nelly.

Akon – Konvicted
I always like Akon, but I didn’t expect such a good CD from him and a lot of the songs are different then the mainstream hip hop songs. Its something you can listen to in the background and enjoy .

Rihanna – A Girl Like Me
I really like Rihanna’s style and especially the song “We Ride” which is a chill song and just gives a good feeling. I can keep listening to her CD non-stop because it has a great mix of fast and slow beats.

Ciarra – The Evolution
Ciarra has come up with a pretty good compilation of songs which different then what I expected from her. There is the hip hop beats which she can songt to and a few slow songs that she has down too.

I have to say that I’m not that fond of Christina Aguilera, but she has done a good job with the Candyman song on Jay Lenno’s show. She definatly likes flaunting it, at least she kept herself together compared to Britney. Check it out at YouTube.

Between all my hardrives and different pcs over time I have duplicated a lot of music and lost a lot of music because of the crashes and transfers. So over the last week I have been getting back some old songs, reorganizing the current ones, and getting new ones. Im not putting them in different folders, I tried that and it was too much of hassle and sometimes its difficult figuring out which genre a song is and I dont want to put the same artist in different genres even though they are in it.
So I made one big file called My Music in the my Infrant NAS and I’m dumping everything in it. There is one file in their called Tehcno & Dance inside of My Music because there isn’t really any duplicates with that, and then I just dump the rest in the normal folder. Right now that made things easier to find and look at.
For finding music I don’t care how I find them, I just want them even if I pay a small fee as long as it is DRM free. I am using four sources to get my music:
This project will take a little while but I do it in my spare time.
I got these two compilation CDs having good expectations but usually its not all the songs that appeal to me. This time it was a little different I really like both Ministry of Sound The Annual 2007 and HedKandi Nu Cool.
HedKandi NuCool
“Lounge Grooves and Sassy Beats”
This CD really got me going, I was surprised that it was this good with Jazzy beats and cool songs! I really enjoyed and it has some old school songs tied in with it.

Ministry of Sound The Annual 2007
This comes with two CDs and a DVD, and the two CDs have a very good compilation. I was surprised that I liked most of the songs on the CD! I usually try to avoid the Euro songs which are too cluby and don’t have a funky rythim to them, but these compilation does. I know I get caught up with the songs and it feels damn good.

I went to Virgin a few times while I was in London and I knew one day I was going to go in and buy all the stuff that I wanted to pick up from Amazon but I didn’t feel like dealing with customs! I love going to Virgins in London! So many new CDs, DVDs, Games, Books, Singles, Magazines, and LPs all in one place! There DVD section is really big too its great. I was happy that I bought a lot of the movies I wanted on sale for 4 to 10 pounds which is pretty good. The selection this version far surpasses any Virgin I have been to, and whats great is when you go to listen to a CD its available on their database! I can listen to everything I want before buying it which is great, and other places have it, but only if they take the time to upload it like they do in the UK. By the time I was done I had a good amount of DVDs and CDs!
These are the music videos that I have been watching and listening to while doing a few things.
I enjoy these songs below for different reasons! (Click the link to open to the Video)
This is my current list of music that I have burned onto CD, there are some songs which have been out for a bit, and there are some songs which I have only listened to for a couple of times. I just put this list up for people who want some nice RnB, HipHop, and Rap songs. Sometimes you just dont know where to look, so I put try to find as many good new songs as possible. A few odd one out of course! hehehe
