Another one form the crew of Lonely Island, these guys are seriously hilarious, making the funniest music videos I have seen. This time around they got Seth Rogen into the music video. I really hope they keep making these hilarious music videos which are pretty damn good, honestly they are funny to listen to when your driving, feels like I’m in the movie office space I’m listening to this song in my car.

This is Eminem’s hilariously offensive brand new music video for his new single, “We Made You.” The song, produced by Dr. Dre, is the debut track from Em’s upcoming album, Relapse, due in stores and online May 15th. I’m just laughing throughout the whole video!

I have been looking into a docking solution for the iPod. I do have the Sonos system which can be integrated into the Library and access all the songs, but I do prefer connecting my iPod or any other iPod into a docking solution and completely getting rid of my CD/Tape Stereo which I haven’t switched on in over a year. Anytime I want to listen to a CD, I listen to it in the car, pick the tracks that I like, and rip it to my computer, integrate it some playlist.

After looking around the Logic3 Valve 80 seems to be the most interesting solution. I can integrate it into the current Sonos setup that I have, both machines and one set of speakers. I will completely get rid of my normal stereo sicne its just taking up space and nothing else. Retro and funky come to mind when I look at this machine. A clean design with analog audio which produces some very interesting sound, I’m thinking about it for now and some of the rewiring and clean up that I have to do.

A few songs of my musical list for March, I have been pretty good about updating my music but horrible at organizing my playlists. I need to create a few more playlists and sort the items out but I don’t know where to start with so many damn songs. These are a few good songs from March:

This MP3 service from Amazon came out quarter 3 of 2007 and I think it has been very successful with the DRM-Free Music. They have improved their selection as well as provided a better way of going though the music and suggested searches.

After all this progress they are now implementing Geo Filtering sales, so songs can only be bought and downloaded through US locations. Meaning you have to be in the US to buy from Mp3 Amazon which is a bad idea in my opinion. This might be from the Music Industry and not from Amazon, but luckily we can still buy and download from iTunes DRM Free music with iTunes Plus.

After searching around for a bit I came up with a playlist for my last trip, and especially I got a good amount of songs and thought to share it. This mostly RnB/Hip Hop with a few different songs thrown in. There is nothing better then riding and driving with good music.

The new 007 song from Jack White and Alicia Keys, a very different song with a unique combination of singers. This is a very cool song, and I really like it. It has been a while wait to see this movie.

I knew Madonna was going to release another album but I wasn’t too hyped up about it, I knew it was supposed to be good, there wasn’t too much hype about it. After listening to the CD several times now, I think that its one of her best Albums yet, and there is a reason for that. Timbaland, Kanye West, and Pharrel are involved in the production of the songs, as well as participation from them in the songs and including Justin Timberlake. Hard Candy is just a compilation of music which has taken it to a different level, very unique songs, amazing beats, and keeps you going. I still have the CD on repeat after a week now and I still haven’t gotten remotely bored. Now there is that Madonna concert by the end of this year that is probably going to be packed even faster because of this album.

I think a lot of people at this point have very large amounts of MP3s, and since iPods have become so widespread every person has a large collection. I know a lot of people with more MP3s then myself and they do enjoy using iTunes. I for one detest iTunes because of what it does to your system, and even when you uninstall it, you can feel the damn thing still hanging on, but there are alternatives though. But this isn’t exactly about my dislike of iTunes, but a problem I am facing due to have stored my music in so many different locations over the years I now have duplicates of songs within folders, duplicate after duplicate, sometimes their are three of four versions of the same song just by going a few folders into it. I previously didn’t have a system of organizing but at this point I do have a system that works. My problem is with all the files of the past, and how you are supposed to clean them up.

I have found a lot of programs which find duplicates and present them to you to clean them up. There are so many I am confused as to which one to go with, and some of them have to be purchased yet I don’t even know how they good they are even with their features.

Different ways of searching these files are by filename, CRC32, and byte by byte. Some do these searches or have limited kinds, but I’m still confused as to which one to go with to help clean up my files.
