If Schwarzenegger is in a movie I’m going to watch it, he doesn’t do too many and any fan of the 80s & 90s action films will enjoy this movie, I haven’t seen it yet but I know I will. There are a lot on the list to watch and enjoy, and The Grandmaster is a must for the Martial Arts Genre, then there is Iron Man Rise Of The Technoverse. Each movie will have their moment and this weekend I will enjoy them all.
A trio of bodybuilders in Florida get caught up in an extortion ring and a kidnapping scheme that goes terribly wrong.
Any movie with Mark Walhberg in it I will watch without a second thought, and I’m a huge fan of The Rock, so them two in one movie made for interesting combination. From the trailers I thought it was going to be a comedic action movie with a bunch of body builders, but it turned to be an ironic type of comedy and they really got the 90s right. A slightly darker type of comedy with these guys and things start going wrong quick, I loved it, the movie was deeper and it turned out to be a little more then the trailer had to show which is great. Watch it until the end, you will find out something about the story which is surprising.

A documentary on rap music and its rise to global prominence.
If you have any inclination to hip hop then you will love this movie, its about the art of hip hop & rap over the past 40 years with an inside view from Ice T. Going from the East Coast to the West Coast, you get a taste of all the talent and what they did to get where they are, and what they believe in and what is there process for their art form. Honestly it was amazing watching some of them freestyle like that, watching Q-Tip, Run DMC, Eminem, Dr Dre, Red Man, and so many other talented people in this documentary doing their thing is inspiring and a must watch for anyone who loves music.

UNSC Cadet Thomas Lasky must conquer his inner fears and join forces with super-soldier John-117 to take down a massive faction of the Covenant.
For any Halo fan this movie is a must, its about the cadets and how they train to be UNSC soldiers. You get the feel for the UNSC military and what these cadets go through, then all hell breaks loose and you finally see the Covenant, and the Master Chief. This movie did not disappoint, the Master Chief still remained as tough and big as he is, and the story line was perfect, and they brought in the big guys from the Covenant. An extremely well made SciFi movie with some excellent young acting, I do hope this isn’t the last one, I’m hoping for one more where the Master Chief plays a bigger role. Hell of a movie, not I’m going back to finishing Halo 4 which I have not done!

A veteran assigned to extract Earth’s remaining resources begins to question what he knows about his mission and himself.
I was very excited to see this movie, I know that sometimes movies ride on their stars but this SciFi movie looked legit with Tom Cruise and especially with Morgan Freeman. If you haven’t seen it don’t waste your time, the movie trys to be a complex science fiction movie but ends up going in way too many directions and there are too many holes in the storyline. I don’t even know why Morgan Freeman was in the movie, it was doing very well but then things went wrong in too many directions and honestly I got so bored and couldn’t believe I was so excited to see it.

Wolverine faces ninjas and his own mortality in this trailer, and it looks to be a lot more serious and grittier then the previous Wolverine movies. I like where this is going and Wolverine is a bad ass in this one, for once it feels like this is it’s own movie with no tie to the X-Men. It’s when he went to Japan from the original comic series but not sure whats going on with that story line in the movie all I know is that I’m going to like it.
A small-time magician is swept away to an enchanted land and is forced into a power struggle between three witches.
This is one of those times that you realize that you can’t get this time wasted back, I wish I saw another B-rated movie, at least in that case my expectations wouldn’t have been so high. A Disney movie with an amazing line up of actors and a reinvented old story, it was bound to be good, or so I thought. People said that John Carter was bad, but in my experience, it was misunderstood and a very good movie, they just marketed badly, this movie got a lot of marketing, and it was just a disappointment. I remember watching Alice and Wonderland and that was an exquisitely done remake, and I even remember how great Johnny Depp was as the Mad Hatter, he was seriously mad! But this movie was not good, and everything felt off and I was waiting for something to go right, I just didn’t know what it was, and James Franco is an excellent actor, but this wasn’t a good fit. I wish I didn’t go into this movie.

I love that Marvel is taking more of a Japanese Anime style to Iron Man, and this is movie directed by Hiroshi Hamazaki. The man behind Blue Submarine 6 & Ninja Scroll, so the quality of the anime is bound to be good. I’m excited just watching this trailer, and I hope that Marvel continues with this style. This is going to be released on April 16th which is smart timing since its a month before Iron Man 3 comes out, but I’m curious of how this movie is going to play out with a lot of interesting characters that I can tell from trailer.
Disgraced former Presidential guard Mike Banning finds himself trapped inside the White House in the wake of a terrorist attack; using his inside knowledge, Banning works with national security to rescue the President from his kidnappers.
I loved this movie and Gerard Butler played a Bad Ass Secret Service guy kicking ass throughout the movie while having some funny lines. I honestly wasn’t expecting this movie to be that good, but it was, it went beyond my expectations, if the White House was ever stormed this is how it would happen, and I didn’t even know the white house had anti-air Missiles on the roof, that’s just ridiculous and there are certain parts of movie where you know the bad guys have been planning this for years and I loved it. One man versus a whole bunch of bad guys with a good story and a lot of governmental detail, and it doesn’t hurt to have Morgan Freeman as part of the cast. If you want a good action movie then this is it, I don’t want to ruin the movie with spoilers but I walked out of the movie with my blood pumping, lots of fun.
