Usually when I walk around Virgin I always pick up a few things that I forget that I want. And its good to see something you were expecting to find. The one thing that I wanted but was sold out almost everywhere was Gym Class Heroes. Virgin Dubai is as fun as always to walk around in, the only thing that is a bit annoying is that all the XBox 360 games are pal and not ntsc, but then I realized I only missed playing Halo 3 and no other game was worth it.

Militants in Saudi Arabia have been planning for years to attack the Americans in Saudi Arabia, when the attack takes place on American Compound the FBI is sent in led by Jamie Fox to do what he knows best. This movie revolves around the complex balance that Saudi has and the relationship with America. What I find good about the movie is that they do show the complexity of the situation in Saudi Arabia to a degree but they can only show so much. The intricate relationships the FBI develops with the Saudi forces specifically Al Ghazi who lost his men in the attack. He also has to see who from his men or other men in Saudi military are working for the militants. It is an action packed movie with a great story, I recommend everyone to watch it.

I have been a huge fan of the Harry Potter movies, and I have been able to go to the Premiere of every one of those movies when it was released. I get lost in the magic of the movie, and I love the feeling of watching the magic in modern times. I love all the characters in the movie, and I can’t get enough of it. Maybe it brings out the kid in me or my imagination, but since they are releasing a special edition HD DVD pack of all the movies I will be getting my hands on this. For those who are fans this is a must have, and if you haven’t seen the series then you should get this HD DVD pack and watch them.

This is the action packed movie that I have been waiting to see, I’m a huge fan of Jason Statham and Jet Li. Knowing that they are going to be in the movie means its going to be action packed for sure. Statham plays the FBI agent avenging his partner while dealing with the Yakuza and Triads, while Li plays the role of the assassin playing both sides. The plot of the movies isn’t the greatest but that isn’t really why your going to see the movie. The action is non-stop and that is the point of the whole movie, the acting of some of the characters is questionable but it is a very entertaining movie. The funny part about it is they called it Rogue Assassin in Kuwait and not War, I wonder why.

There was a lot hype with the Grindhouse movies from Tarantino and Rodriguez, Planet Terror was Rodriguez’s project. To start off you get this 1970s feeling from this movie, and you know from the start its going to be good. Saying that this movie is gory is an understatement. The amount of stars in this movie is fantastic, I think they got the perfect cast together to make for this action packed, zombie/mutant blowing movie. The movie starts off with different scenes of the story, you slowly get introduced to the characters and then things quickly get pieced together. Then it turns into an explosive pace with blood spewing everywhere, people being cut up, and explosions everywhere. This movie isn’t for the feint of heart, but it does feel like great with the pace and the simple storyline. I got the same feeling as I got from watching Escape From New York back in the day, a simple good fun movie.

This is a movie I have been waiting for a while, and it was worth the wait. This movie is directed by Jude Apatow the same person that directed 40 Year Old Virgin. The movie revolves around Ben Stone, and Allison Scott both living in Los Angeles for different reasons. Allison has an up and coming career in the media industry while Ben is trying to start up a porno website out of an apartment that he is sharing with four of his friends. It would be statistically impossible for these people to meet, but they end up meeting at a Night Club and it seemed that it was going to be a one night stand but turned out more then that. They both went their ways until Allison started feeling sick and realized something was up. The laughs in this movie starts from the introduction of the movie all the way to the end, the laughs are all natural and entertaining. Its just one laugh after the other, and the characters in the movie complement the main characters perfectly. By the time the movie is done you realized you were laughing the whole way through, just a great movie.

This is one the best movies of the decade period, I have lost count of how many times I have seen this movie. When watching this movie every person sitting there has seen this movie multiple times. We were immersed in the movie, and even though we knew every scene we were all getting caught up. The energy in the room was electrifying, and we were just getting started. This movie is every man’s right of passage, and it must be watched multiple times to understand what those men went through. This was the first time we watched the movie in HD DVD, and it was a whole other experience with the extreme details. You can see so much you actually felt like you can reach in and grab the wip across the screen, and touch the Spartan shields. There is nothing more that can be said other then Leonidas is a man among men.
Currently I’m downloading about 31. 91 Gigabytes worth of movies and anime, and this isn’t including all the TV shows I have already downloaded over the past two weeks. I felt that I have missed a lot of movies and I have been lacking them so I decided to get as many as I can at this point. Some of these will take some time but some I will get over the next couple of days, and I really want to watch some of these movies.

Anime:
This is just one ridiculous movie which they put together without a script, you feel as if they just went along and made up the story as it was going along. It is funny, but its all slap-stick humor and you would be entertained for a little while but it gets old. The story is simple they take a couple of red necks into the military since they are short of soldiers from the war with Iraq and decides to send them to Iraq, but instead they land in Mexico and all hell breaks loose. It is a funny movie that you only see once, and you can keep it going in the background for funny moments and thats about it.

This is the best movie of the year, and if someone hasn’t seen it for a reason they should buy the DVD and watch it. There is no reason for not seeing this movie, and if you haven’t then you must buy this DVD to redeem yourself. An action packed movie with the Transformers, who wouldn’t want to watch this! There is an HD-DVD version of this movie which is coming out the same day, I will be purchasing the HD-DVD version of it.
