This has been the long awaited animated movie with an old story which has been given a new look. I like what they have done with the animation, there have been times I tend to think the character in front of me is the real thing. The story revolves around a monster terrorizing a town and then Beowulf comes to rescue the town, but he does something which he doesn’t expect to become a great warrior. The action is good, and the animation is amazing, they have revitalized a story but I was expecting a little bit more. Angelina Jolie is in this movie and she seems life like in the form they have made her. I do recommend that people who want to see someting different should see this movie, but its not something I would watch again.

Its story about Frank Lucas (Denzel Washington) who became the biggest importer of Heroin in the 1970s, he worked for bumpy who controlled a part of Manhattan when he passed away he wanted to continued what Bumpy was doing as well as expand their empire. To skip all the middle men he went directly to the Far East to get the purest Heroin and sell it for a cheap price and taking over the market and he builds his fortune from there. With all this going the police were the most corrupt at the time, everyone was taking a piece of the pie and very few were clean, and those who were clean were alienated by the rest. Detective Richie Roberts (Russel Crowe) is one of the few clean cops on the force and he is facing an uphill battle, and he also wants to take out the source of all this Heroin. Roberts slowly puts together a team of men to track down the source of all this Heroin and he has to watch himself from other criminals and police officers. This is an amazing true story with Denzel Washington and Russel Corwe making it that much better. They do an amazing jobs playing their characters and this movie is worth every minute, the ending is unexpected. A very well done criminal movie and showing things were at the time.

This is a real interesting movie about the lives of soldiers and what they go through after they have served their time in military that is at war. And these American soldiers are the ones in Iraq who have only a few days to go home and they are ambushed on that one last mission that which will affect them more them the rest of their lives. It is an amazing and heart felt story about how these soldiers feel after the war and it shows how they can relate to each other how distant they feel from their normal lives. Jessica Biel, Samuel L. Jackson, and Brian Presely play the perfect roles of these soldiers and each having gone through their own issues, some of their friends day in Iraq and some of their friends die at home because they can not change what they saw or felt when they were fighting the war. It is a moving story and worth seeing with really good actors.

We decided to watch Transformers again but in HD DVD, and I have been waiting for a time to see this movie again in High Definition. The last time I saw this movie was when we were in Dubai to go see this movie, and I was very happy we did see it at the time.

From the movie’s start I was getting this guy feeling that I was very happy to watch it, and knowing that there is a sequel is making me smile. The action starts from the beginning and you get to know Sam Whitwicky and his luck and ideas, then the Autobots and Decepticons each go into their plan, and they start searching from Sam at that point. My favorite characters are Optimus, Ironhide, and Bumblebee, they just do so much to protect people while fighting off the decepticons. The greatest part is seeing the people with the right weaponry could put up a fight against the decepticons, even with the odds against them they would hold their ground. It was one hell of an action packed movie and I can’t get enough of it, I want to see the sequel, how they are going to develop the story and more, and who ever picked Megan Fox for the movie is a genius.

I have been waiting to see this movie for a long time and it is really worth the wait. Hill and Cera have only two months left until they finish high school and they want to go out in a bang, the find a party they want to go and things start from there. These two guys are also going to two different colleges and they have been friends since they were 10, so separation is also affecting them. The point from where they meet the girls and when they have to go to the party is the most hilarious adventure, they are all trying desperatly to get alcohol and what they run into is something they didn’t expect. I don’t think there isn’t a comedian who isn’t in this movie, there are many comedians from Super Troopers and Knocked Up who are in this movie, I just couldn’t stop laughing.

The final episode of this hilarious trilogy, I have been a fan of the Pirates of the Caribbean since the first movie. I can’t see to get enough of Johnny Depp, he is an amazing actor, he makes this movie what it is. This final ties up all the stories together and you get to see all the characters from before and new ones. The pirates are at stand off with the company and they have to find a way out, and the pirates might not survive this battle. The pirates have to find Johnny Depp who is stuck in Davey Jones Locker, then they have another quest to find their solution. The best part is seeing the funny parts unravel as they trek about the oceans and one pirate betraying the other. It is a good and entertaining conclusion to this trilogy.

This is a different movie then what I usually watch but I started to enjoy the story to I continued. These are four girls united from their experiences and their mothers were all in the same maternity class.

Their friendship began since they were young and it grew from their, and at this period in their lives they were going to have different summers and they wanted to share it through the pants that miraculously fit all of them. The story is about all the difficulties they went through and how they support each other and grow, I honetly liked the movie.

Students living in the roughest parts of Southern California, so much so that living another day is an accomplishment for them. Freedom Writers is a group of these young people who wrote about their day to day lives while being supported so much by their teacher that she went with them from teaching freshman and sophomores to juniors and seniors and then following them to college to make sure they stay together and strong. Hilary Swank plays this teacher, it is a moving story and she fits the role perfectly as the optimistic teacher of a group of students who everyone has given up on. Its an amazing story of people bonding together with such different backgrounds and relating to each other based on their experiences and the difficulties they faced in life, and the war that is their lives. Most of these students face life and death situations on a daily basis, and they have lost more friends then they could count. It is a difficult path they have, and it is amazing to see how they overcome the difficulties to survive life and more.

Previously they released these movies in 4 different packs, for once they got them all together in one huge pack, The Ultimate Pack. For $200 you could own the 21 Bond movies as well as the bonus features. The nice part is that its all in one pack, but when the new Bond movies come out you are going to have to get them as well. Then there is the possibility of getting them in HD-DVD or Blu Ray, that is another factor that I keep thinking about. At least its a better deal then the previous set, this is $200, and the previous pack would have cost pver $400 for only 20 DVDs.

I do enjoy how they put up an image from every movie in the pack, Pierce Brosnan is one of the best in my opinion after Sean Connery. The funny part I think I haven’t seen all 21 movies, maybe 14 at most 18.

Russle Crowe plays the role of the robber Ben Wade and Christian Bale plays the role of Dan Evans the lowly farmer trying to earn an honest living. Their paths cross at a robbery, and events follow from there. Dan was released from the Northern Army of the US fighting the civil war, and he lost a leg doing that. Ben is a violent and extremely manipulative criminal who plays with people’s minds, and he is able to kill without hesitation. Ben is caught, and Dan joins the group of cowboys transporting Ben to a town to catch the train to Yuma to be hung for killings dozens of people and stealing large amounts of money. Throughout the whole trip they cross paths with different groups who might try to kill Ben or the group. Ben toys with Dan by offering him a huge amount of money to release him and go away, he likes interacting Dan and trying to twist his mind. Things get interesting when Dan’s son William follows them without permission and then joins them. Russle Crow plays the criminal perfectly especially having the ability to show the ruthlessness and his ability to mess with people’s minds. Christian Bale plays the character of the lowly cowboy perfectly with a fire in his eye. A simple cowboy movie played perfectly by two amazing actors.
