There isn’t anyone that doesn’t like a Fatboy so this comes from the makers of the those comfortable seats! The Fatboy Outdoor, meant for use outside and treated to resist water and fading. It has straps to make it easy to carry to keep its comfortable form when sitting on the beach or just outside. For $350 I think this is a fantastic beach accessory and if you like sitting on the beach then this purchase is a must. It comes in multiple colors so there is probably one to suit your tastes.

These are some funky looking headphones from Skullcandy. They are supposed to reflect the military patter on them in different colors and have high quality sound. I think they do look like cool headphones especially the one pictured above. It comes in four colors Rasta, Camo, Desert, and CCore. The one picture above is the CCore and its my favorite, not too bad for DJ Headphones for $70.

Now this is an ingenious idea, you could turn your staircase into storage compartments. The stipulation would be that the staircase would be made out of wood, in our case it would be difficult to implement in the Middle East since most houses are made of concrete.
The staircase would be a little heavy to move if it was concrete or marble, but still its an ingenious idea and it would really be secure storage.

Who ever said furniture can’t be fun! This one of the most interesting sofa designs I have seen yet. It can be used as a room partition, but people interact with each other when they sit on it. They are completely anonymous to each other when sitting on different sides, but they are still in contact with each other at a very personnel level. This design is made by Jordi Canudas with an elastic suede type material which makes very comfortable and an intriguing piece of feature, too bad this won’t be going into production.

Now this is a different kind of furniture accessory that you don’t see everyday. A Chalkboard vase which you can design any look that you want. With these vases you can make a unique design to fit the look and feel of the area they are placed in, pricing ranges from $40 to $85.

I have to say this is one of the most unique coffee tables I have seen yet, it is designed by Unal & Boler Studio. Its a different way of displaying your books, and there is this sliding metal panel above it as pieces of the table. It is a very unique design, but I’m not sure how I would feel about hanging my books on a wire instead of placing them on a shelf. A unique piece of furniture that I find appealing.

Usually most offices have this mundane or corporate look to it, but in the case of the Red Bull HQ in London. This is probably one of the funkiest offices I have ever seen! I think even the most formal person would loosen up in this environment. Jump Studios are the ones who have created this dynamic 3 floor space. There is so much to do and interact with in all the floors. I wouldn’t know anyone who wouldn’t want to go to the office if they worked in this office.
A person wouldn’t know where to start from ping pong table meeting rooms, to floating staircases, a slick slide, to a modern bar and cafe, and a comfy lounge area.

This is a very nicely made media center from Crate&Barrel. The design of this media center has a cozy room in mind, you store the DVDs on the side (48 to be exact) with a sliding glass door to store your electronics up front or what ever else you may need to store. It can carry plasma screens up to 50″ and as it seems the wires all hidden. I do like this style of furniture, its modern yet cozy. Price: $598

This is probably the most innovative lighting system I have ever seen. It is made from normal materials, but the design is ingenious allowing you to make patterns for the lighting systems or larger blocks of lights. I find this to be amazing, and I wish I could get my hands on this sort of product.

This is probably the funkiest shoe rack I have ever seen. It has a simple and clean look to it, but very functional as well. I don’t think it would work for nice shoes, but it does work for daily shoes, sneakers, sandals, and maybe other shoes which you don’t mind hanging from the toes. It can be easily done by any person just check the link for the carpentry instructions.
