I used to go to comedy shows on a weekly basis in the states or whenever we can, there are always new up and coming comedians who take the stage and make you laugh. A few years ago we had Axis of Evil come to Kuwait and everyone loved it, the show was completely sold out, the guys were fantastic. Coming back after a few years are Maz Jobrani and Ahmed Ahmed in the new show “You Think You Can Laugh”. The two you additions to the show are Dean Edwards and Sugar Sammy, I haven’t heard of them before but I knew it was going to be good. We took the VIP tickets for 40 KD which were very much worth it, just close enough you can see them and their facial expressions, just far enough so they won’t target you. The people who brought this comedy group to Kuwait again is called Element 8, they did an amazing job the first time around, and this time they brought this great comedy line up to Kuwait.
The show started off with Ahmed Ahmed who was introducing people and warming up the crowd, he did a fantastic job breaking the ice and funny as usual. Then there was Sugar Sammy who is probably one of the funniest guys I have seen yet, he is Indian and he left no topic untouched I was laughing so hard I almost fell off my seat. Dean Edwards was the third guy up and this guy was a bundle of energy, he was amazing, he was singing like Michael Jackson, impersonating Eddy Murphy, copying Chris Rock and he was all over the place it was fantastic, he just wouldn’t stop. Then Maz Jobrani comes on and takes the crowd away, it was hilarious and he just wouldn’t stop about Arabs and Persians. The best out of the four in my opinion was Sugar Sammy, and I loved Dean Edwards I just couldn’t stop laughing. The show was fantastic, the two hours flew by so quick we all wanted more. Honestly they should have more comedy shows in Kuwait they would sell out all the time, people love it and their is an acceptance for it, we are starving for good shows such as these, my hat goes off to Element 8 for putting this together.
Jay Z’s “Empire State of Mind” and Star Wars remix, all put together by College Humor and they did a fantastic job. I love the song in the first place with Jay Z and Alicia Keys but not Darth Vader taking the lead with Princess Leia. Never thought they could remix the whole thing into the coolest Star Wars lyrics possible of all the episodes into one song, just doesn’t get any cooler then this. The best parts were the Ewoks and the Storm Troopers, they just made the video that much better, seriously its a fantastic remix.

Everyone remembers the laugh we had with Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus, but really, did they think we need another monster vs. monster. The acting is fantastic, top notch hollywood Oscar acting, so many body parts flying around. This is probably the last movie David Carradine acted in, I bet he hates his agent when was in it. There are more people killed in the trailer then most action packed megamovies.
Loved this video, very descriptive of geeks and geek smart. I really think this guy did a fantastic job with the lyrics, I loved it all, I think Jay-Z and Alicia Keys would love this remix. Thanks to Ananyah for posting this up. For those who don’t know Ananyah is back up and running now, she is back to blogging.
This just brings new meaning to mind over body, this is probably one of the most ridiculous tests ever done. Most people would ethier pass out or go into coma after that kick.
David Attel does one of his late night rounds in Chicago and heads to the Wieners Circle and its nothing like any restaurant I have seen before. This is the spot for late night after club food in Chicago and be prepared for a verbal beating because you have to have guts to order food there. I want my Mother @#$*)$% Fries and some Chili with that Bitch! Profanity is part of the menu.
This is so true, everything Charlie says about how they report the news is very generic. They usually have diagrams or certain scenes or the way they present the information, but its fantastic how he has picked them apart and how some can be very useless.
I don’t know what to make of this ad, looks like some sort of dog speaker ad. Quentin Tarantino is talking in Japanese and listening to the commands of dog, with a white woman on the other end. I knew Japan had some crazy ads, but this one has Quentin Tarantino so it has to be product that people must have. Also there is a cool looking talking dog, I would mind having a dog like that.

Let’s Talk About Sext
Aside from being an educational video from college humor I think the video is fantastic. Who said they didn’t have taste in the 90s, reminded me of the dance of Will & Carlton on the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. They are even wearing the same colorful clothing. After that song I want to start playing some Naughty By Nature.
Half-Birthday Sex
This really got me laughing, listen to the lyrics the guy is singing. And his facial expressions were priceless, I knew that some people were copying T-Pain’s voice but this one is the best I have seen and over the top.
These aren’t even the worst, head over to college humor originals to check out the other ones. Seems like a skit from SNL rather then just College Humor.
