I give this place 3 out of 5
This restaurant is located in Emirate Towers, and it conveniently located on the ground floor. Its a mix of Chinese and Thai food. The atmosphere is very nice, and they have a few tables for people to sit at, but usually you sit on benchs with other people so its pretty different. When you order there is chart and a pen for you to Mark what you want. There are lots of waitresses running around left and right, so its got a fun feeling to it! I ordered a different variety of dishs on the menu. And I got a 7-up, just really felt like it. They had a lot of juices to choose from, but I didnt feel like it. The starters came out, and we started grubbing, then the food started coming out 20 mins later. We were hungry as hell!
The Dishs I recommend:
The vegetable fried rice wasnt good though! So I dont recommend that! The food overall was good, nothing great but it hit the spot. I will probably go back there if Im in Dubai, its a good place for quick bites. But we left there stuffed!

I went to Hashi the other day with two friends. Its located next to Johnny Rockets above Salhiya parking. We walked in at 6:40pm, and there was just one couple there and the place was empty. We were expecting that since we came early and wanted to leave early. The place is nice, it is dimly lit with modern furniture. You can see the chefs behind their sushi counter.
The menu consists of two cuisines, Japanese and Chinese. We ordered an assortment of sushi and maki rolls, and then we ordered a couple of Chinese dishes. It took a little while for the dishes to come, but we did order a lot of food since we were hungry as hell. When the food came it looked good, just like the dishes out of a magazine.
We started eating and the food just kept coming, but the sushi dishes weren’t good. I had the unagi and some spider roll, and it didn’t taste good. I was surprised it didn’t taste good, but most of the sushis didn’t taste good we were surprised. But the Chinese dishes tasted good, and we were happy about that being good since the sushi didn’t do it us for us. So I wouldn’t go there for Japanese food, but the Chinese was good. By the time we were done we spent about 11KD per person, and I dont think it was worth it at all for the Japanese food, but the Chinese food I would go back for. And I did like that they have Voss water! I really like Voss water, it tastes good and the bottle itself is coolest looking I have seen!
Rating: (seperated into two for the two cuisines)

I went with four friends to the soft opening of this restaurant. I dont find furniture to my liking, I think its too French for Kuwait’s atmosphere. It just felt a bit stuffy, and they were over doing it a bit. But that aside lets go to the menu.
They have some interesting drinks, its like a grape drink and something different as well and they recommended it. The menu has one thing on the menu! Salad and Steak with french fries for 8KD. And that was it on the menu. So we just specified how we wanted the meat cooked. I asked for it medium rare, a friend wanted medium, and the other two wanted medium well. I really dont understand every Kuwaitis obssession with medium well or well done food!! There is no blood its just the juice and a little bit of red. And its very juicy if you ask for it medium or medium rare.
We got the salad, and I have to say the salad was extremely good! It was so good I used the bread to wipe the sauce of the plate! I couldnt get enough of it. And the meat was really good as well, and with the french fries. This is the real Entricote unlike the one at the Fanar. The sauce reminded of the Entricote in San Francisco. I really recommend this for people who want to a good steak and fries! And there are two private rooms for who ever needs them and there is ample seating.
The restaurant is located at Arjan Complex on the seaside opposite Rumaithiya. And this restaurant is part of the Entricote Chain belonging to Switzerland, which is the same one in San Francisco. Unlike the Entricote which is in Al-Fanar complex and tastes horrible. I think it is worth a visit for people who want a nice light steak, and amazing sauce and salad.
I gave it 4 out of 5 because I didnt like the furniture and music that much, but that is my personal preference.
2 mins after the food arrived, alitt was taken from the left
After 5 mins
The combination and great taste.

I dont know if anyone else has seen this, but there is a cool new food delivery service. And their cuisine seems to be healthy Italian and some Arabic food.
They look cool, but I havent tried them. They have healthy foods, and they tell you what kind of food is healthy and whats in it. Im going to try this service, and try their Pasta Bolognese. Because right now Im hungry and it sounds good! The menu also has the each item with a little star saying how Calories, Carbs, Fat, and Protien it has per serving which is pretty useful for people who are watching what they eat.
I think this is a cool service, and its based out of Kuwait. Check it out at the link.

I have to say that I am steak type of man. Not just any steak! Real Steak! I think the best Meats I have ever eatin are in the Steakhouses in San Francisco and a few Argentinian Restaurants in Miami! But right now im going to mention the top 5 Steakhouses in Northern California, and i have eaten there quite a few times over the past 6 years. Hopefully who ever is reading this will try one of these places soon!! And they are difficult to rank because it depends on the kind of meat you like to eat! But these are ranked based on my preference.
Alexanders (Sunnyvale/Mountainview, CA)
House of PrimeRib (San Francisco, CA)
SunDance (Palo Atlo, CA)
Harris (San Francisco, CA)
Ruth’s Chris Steak House (San Francisco, CA)
I took a few pictures while eating. And wearing a bib, I needed it.
Alexanders has the largest combination of meat, and amazing tasting meat. Sundance has some really good steak and fish with some interesting apetizers. Ruth’s Chris, House of PrimeRib, and Harris’s restaurants serve specifically steak and only a few kinds of steaks with some sides! I could never get enough of these restaurants unless I was broke and that happened a lot! And the waiters who work at these restaurants have been working there for years if not decades, and it is amazing just listening to the stories they have. These places have history and soul, and that is what makes the food taste even better. If anyone gets a chance to eat at any of these places I really recommend to go.
I came back from work! Im kind of hungry, and my mother had a late breakfast. So lunch was going to be late. I wasnt really going to have lucnh without her, but I was still damn hungry. Then I noticed something out of the corner of my eye on a small table that was there before!
DELICIOUS looking brownies! So I asked her when we got these and who made them. She told me that my sister-in-law sent them. I did care from where or how they got here the more I looked at them. I have a weakness for Dark Chocolate, Brownies, and Chocolate Moose. But they have to be amazing! So I snuck up on the unsuspecting brownies! They were going to be devoured by ME!
At the end of this post all shall be consumned!!! Damn it was good!
I was hungry while writing this post, and now I feel good! hehehehe!
Literally!!
While I was in the states, no matter how much we ate we would always be hungry around 2 am or 3 am. Escpecially after a long day! So we have a couple of options at night… its either the Wendys which is 20 mins away or the Jack in the Box (Jack in the Crack) that is 10 mins away! And of course we order a huge amount of food! For about 6 to 7 guys, but I always wanted to do what they did in this video!
