I needed a new trimmer since mine broke after only 1 year of use, but I think it was the exposure to water that got to it. I don’t even know if it was waterproof or not, I used it when there was a lot of water. Alghanim Electronics was close by to my work so I decided to pass by and they have Phillip trimmers.
When I walked in I saw a huge pile of Bodygroom trimmers next to the trimmer and razor area. I was surprsied they got them at last, it has been so long since they came out and I thought they wouldn’t bring them. They should have brought a huge amount a long time ago. They were selling them for 29 KD which isn’t too bad for something that people like.. I tried it out and it isn’t too bad, I heard a lot of hype about it and it is safer then most razors which is good for the sensitive areas. Tentively speaking I am quite happy with this purchase.
I knew about this phone for a while now, but I wasn’t interested in since I knew it would have a ridiculous price I just wasn’t sure how ridiculous until I saw it in Dubai. It is selling for $1666.66 which is just out there for a phone. They are selling it for 450 KD and it does have some good features, and it is a solid feeling phone but relatively light for something made from solid aluminum. It has a very nice feel to but its too bulky, and it comes with concierge service that I really don’t think its worth it except for those wanting it for its looks. At least I think its worth a lot more then the crap Vertu phone which is really a horrible phone with very little features but extremely expensive, this is a better phone with concierge service.
This is one very innovative simple piece of electronics, it looks just like a normal book but it should be on every techi’s wanted list.
This is a charger, clock, and lamp disguised as a book. It has an LED in front to tell you the date and time, the “pages” part is covered by 74 white LEDs which emit a low light in the evening, there is space available for 3 chargers inside the book, so all the wiring mess is inside the book. This current version is available for 220 volts and it can make charging very simple, and hidden.

Who said you can’t burn things with laser beams, with this one you can and you signal planes to land. It can be seen from miles away and looks like a small light saber, you can cause a lot of mischief with this laser but for a price.

This phone has been in line for a while now, if people like the N95 then they will love the new N82 since its practically the same but in a smaller package. The N82 comes with 2 GB SD card for about 450 Euros before taxes.

Sony Ericsson has been extremely successful with the W880i, so much so that they have made minor improvements and now they are going to release the W890i. I still have my W880i and I do enjoy a phone for once that doesn’t have issues after three months. Its as thing as a CD case, and has 26 MB internal memory not including the expansion memory which could be added depending on the memory that you buy for it.
There has been a slight improvement on the network capabilities, so it handle all these GSM/DATA networks EDGE, GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, HSDPA and UMTS 2100 MHz networks. It coms in brown and silver, very thin, and the TrackID software which makes it successful a good mp3 playing phone. And improved camera from 2 MP to 3 MP, so that is a good thing for sure.
