I can’t wait for the release of this movie, and this short preview looks insane. I usually try not to see previews but this movie is going to be amazing. Ryan Renolds is going to be a great Green Lantern, and I forget Blake Lively was in the movie, and the way the Lanter Suit powers up is fantastic.
A hilarious set with almost all male Star Wars characters, some of them are funny and some of them are out right disturbing. Dart Vader and Bobba Fett look like the 50s pin up posters, but some of the other guys are not meant to be females. You can get these as covers for your iPhones/iPod and even pin up sketches.

Now you can see some interaction between Marvel and Disney since being bought out by Disney. Since there is a huge amount of hype and work that has gone into Tron: Legacy. Now Marvel are releasing alternate Tron covers to some of their major characters which is insanely cool. I wish they had this available as panels that you can mount to your wall, the Tron Marvel covers are amazing.

Judging by this trailer, Sym-Bionic Titan has everything you could want in a TV show: space opera, royalty on the run, high school drama and giant frakking robots.
Why should you tune in for the premiere? Because Tartakovsky’s Samurai Jack is one of the great genre TV series of the past 20 years, a heady, emotional blend of spaghetti westerns, Kurosawa action flicks and Frank Miller’s 300. That means it’s totally worth a look.
If your a fan of Samurai Jack like myself then you will love this, Sym-Bionic Titan is a show made from the creators of Samurai Jack, same style and humor with a lot of big robots thrown into the mix. I know I will be watching this for sure, two teens and a robot from a distant planet land on earth and try to assimilate into society only to find their enemies followed them to earth and trying to destroy them. Combining to form Sym-Bionic Titan they will kick ass, I just love the animation of this show.

There is no doubting that I am a huge comic fan, but surprisingly I’m no the biggest fan of Iron Man since Tony Stark annoys me a bit, but this is different. This is not an animated tv show but rather an animated comic or to be exact motion comics, which is mix still and moving images to give this very cool comic feel, it feels like the comic is alive and the action in the Iron Man Extremis series is amazing. The story revolves around the Extremis experiment which helps explain some of the Iron Man development, you can see the trailer below for a brief short of the show and the idea of motion comics.
After watching this I downloaded other motion comics but Iron Man Extremis set the standard high with diverse set of characters, excellent animation and great sound. It has this noir feeling to it but seeing the Iron Man in action is fantastic, I’m just frustrated that the episodes were so short, I wanted a lot more. The action is great and the flow is fantastic, well worth watching and I hoping to see more Motion Comics of this caliber.

Side Show have done it, they have built an amazing looking model of Optimus Prime. I love the high quality models that come from Side Show. Only 100 of these will be made and at $1200 it sells for a hefty price. Not everyone would want something like this but for the collector they would want this. They haven’t released any details about the size of it but it does look like a high quality product out of Side Show.
Being a Star Wars fan I have piled up the Cartoon Network TV show for a while now waiting to watch it at the right time. I watch one or two episodes a while ago and I knew it was good but for some reason I decided to watch it later. Recently using the AirVideo App on my iPad I have been streaming the show from my PC and watching it whenever I have a chance. I have watched about 4 episodes in one shot on the first day, I know I for one can never get enough of Star Wars and I love the animation work. Luckily season two is already done and I’m just one season one so I have a lot to look forward to and enjoy, the character I tend to enjoy the most is General Grievous from the Separatists, he tends to always get pissed off and takes his rage out on the dumb robots.
I can never get enough of comics and these comic book poster Art are just something else. Mark Grambau is the creator of these cool posters, taking the minimal look of the characters and combining them with the words that match and some of them are pretty damn good. I would love to have walls of poster art from Comic Books, I would have a full room of them if its possible.

Batman faces his ultimate challenge as the mysterious Red Hood takes Gotham City by firestorm. One part vigilante, one part criminal kingpin, Red Hood begins cleaning up Gotham with the efficiency of Batman, but without following the same ethical code. Killing is an option. And when the Joker falls in the balance between the two, hard truths are revealed and old wounds are reopened.
It always amazes me how much depth there is to the story of Batman and those around him. Under the Red Hood is a movie I have been looking forward to for some time, a high quality movie from DC Comics. Batman now faces a different kind of foe, someone who seems to be able to keep a step ahead of him but the story slowly unravels. The story is great and the animation is fantastic, I love when they make these high quality movies. I want more of these movies, and especially the Green Lantern. For any fan of the comics this is a must see movie.

I have been reading comics again since the iPad came out and I can’t download them fast enough. Some series I go through them and love them, and some of them really suck. Surprisingly one my favorites right now is Black Panther & The Immortal Iron Fist but I finish those within two days at the most, UnCanny X-Men was pretty good as well. Civil War was fantastic but I hated the ending, not what I expected. Thor is really good as well, I’m just hoping they release more of his series. They release new comics every two to three weeks but sometimes it still just isn’t enough in my case. I’m looking forward to reading Captain America, and I haven’t even opened up the DC Comics Application yet.
