Aston Martin Rapide...

Calling this machine a sedan is an atrocity, is it just me or is machine beautiful, I really think that Aston Martin have done an amazing job turning this machine in a four door sports car with beautiful lines. The interior is sporty yet very comfortable, and it has the rumble of that 470 bhp engine which sounds damn good. This video pretty much says it all, you can enjoy it on the track and long drives. I would still think the Lamborghini Estoque is the best looking four sports sedan to come to market yet, and thats a machine I’m looking forward to seeing.

Ferrari 458 isn’t Cheap...

There have been a lot of speculation about the price of the Ferrari 458 and its going for $240’000. In Kuwait the starting price is 70’000 for this machine, meaning that it can go up to 80’000 KD or more based on previous pricing schemes of Ferrari in Kuwait.

So now based on pricing the Ferrari California is on a lower scale then the Ferrari 458. As the California starts at 58’000 KD and max’s out at 72’000 KD with all options loaded. But as a luxury car the California is much more luxurious, and that doesn’t include that the 458 will have a Scuderia version which will be even more expensive in pricing.

Ferrari 599 HGTE China Limited Edition...

It looks like everyone is going for the Chinese market, and everyone wants a piece of it, now so does Ferrari. They have done a Ferrari tour across China with a few 599s and now they have came up with the Limited Edition 599 HGTE which has a special look to it, and I think the exterior looks pretty good.

Based on the 599 GTB Fiorano with the company’s new Handling GTE package, the China Limited Edition has been updated with special touches designed by Chinese artist Lu Hao: the starter button glows jade green, the tachometer features ancient Chinese characters instead of the usual numerals, and the luggage is emblazoned with a map of the Silk Road taken by the famous Italian explorer Marco Polo. The Rosso Fuoco paintjob with the gray roof mimics the 599XX, and only a dozen examples will be made – with over a billion people in the market, we’re betting they’ll be snapped up fast. Check it out in the high-res image gallery below.

Lamborghini Estoque In The Wild...

Now this is a machine that many have been anticipating, and I for one think its the best looking high end four door out in the market. They named the car after the sword of the Bull Fighter called the Estoque, its a name befitting this machine. The press release was a little while ago, and now its spotted in Italy and appropriately next to the Gallardo Police of Italy. This machine looks better in real life then it does in the pictures, and it looks good from every angle.

The Estoque will have the same engine as the LP560-4, with 552 bhp at its command. There is no doubt that this car carry’s Lamborghini’s style and sprot perfectly, but surprisingly it looks spacious from the insides and I’m hoping that Lamborghini have gone ahead put a lot of goodies inside. Now we just have to wait for the shocking price to come out, but I estimate it to be between $170’000 to $220’000 based on other manufacturers who have made vehicles in this range and level.

Transformers 3 – July 1st 2011...

Now this is something to look forward to, Michael Bay has just announced that he is currently getting on board for Transformers 3, even though he previously mentioned that he wanted some time off to work on other projects but I’m assuming the money was too much to resist. Now I have something to look forward to from this amazing story line, and I am one who does enjoy his dose of Transformers, I’m really hoping for a damn good movie with a really good story line. Now for the funny part is what was happening off set, it seems that Michael Bay and Megan Fox hate each other more then the Autobots hate the Decepticons, they have been taking blows at each other all year long since the launch of Transformer 2 Revenge of the Fallen, so I’m not sure how she got on board for this movie but it seems she is, and the best part is seeing what Michael said on his blog.

P.S. Megan Fox, welcome back. I promise no alien robots will harm you in any way during the production of this motion picture. Please consult your Physician when working under my direction because some side effects can occur, such as mild dizziness, intense nausea, suicidal tendencies, depression, minor chest hair growth, random internal hemorrhaging and inability to sleep. As some directors may be hazardous to your health, please consult your Doctor to determine if this is right for you.

Pain and Gain is right after shooting of Trans 3.

Ferrari Replacements...

Ferrari have been working a on a few new machines, and a lot of people’s eyes are on the Italian Manufacturer. The Ferrari CEO has come out and said what people have been waiting to hear, some cars will be replaced soon and some will be kept. There is a new supercar in the work for Ferrari, some sort of F50/Enzo type machine but it will be power by a V12 or V8 Twin Turbo. Ferrari has been working on some greener concepts but those engines won’t be ready for production soon, but I’m curious as to how they want to maintain performance with those green machines. Now the 612 is another story, I have never been too much of a fan of that car and it seems a lot of people haven’t so Ferrari will be replacing it as soon as 2012 with the new car. Now for the 599 it seems they have other plans for it, they have introduced the HGTE kit to make it more aggressive and that doesn’t include the limited production 599xx, so this car isn’t looking at replacement until 2015. As for the 458 it seems everyone wants a piece of it, and I’m a huge fan of the California, I really think its the perfect combination of sport and luxury, and who doesn’t like a hard top convertible.

A New Blog – Brake Banzeen...

I tend to follow car blogs a lot, to see whats coming next, what are the numbers of the next machines. What else manufacturers have lined up or the troubles some of these companies face. One of these new blogs is Brake Banzeen, I have been following this Kuwaiti blog for some time now and I like it, he tends to have some information before those main car blogs do and sometimes he has some really good juicy videos to watch that make my mouth water seeing some of those machines, like the details on the new M5. If you like cars or anything with four wheels then this blog should be added to your list, I hope he transfers to a main address rather then a wordpress address soon.

Italia 458...

There has been lots of talk about the new Ferrari 458, if a picture is worth a 1000 words then I think a video can do a little better. Going to the track soon I know how some of those turns feels, but that machine is really looking good and at certain points its sending chills down my spine seeing how they are going around the corner and managing to drift that machine.

iPod Disappearance @ Toyota...

Usually when I’m traveling I try to get a car service done or anything that would take some time to get done. I had this arranged with Toyota to get my 10K service and a little paint job done for the Landcruiser. It took a total of two and a half days to get it all done, when my friend went to pick it up the Body Shop Manager told him that the iPod from my car was missing and they can’t find it, it was listed in the original paper when the car was submitted and they can’t find it. Now my friend went a little ballistic on them before I even knew, but they offered right away to purchase a new one for me. So he called up Alghanim Electronics and they are sold out and waiting for the new iPod Classics which were announced. The body shop work cost 95 KD and the 10 KD service was 25 KD, and the cost of the iPod Classic 120 GB was 85 KD. But it wasn’t available so I ordered it from Amazon and emailed my friend the emailed invoice, he sent it to them and they were reluctant to pay since it was an emailed invoice but after my friend spoke to the Body Shop Manager again, they paid the 80 KD, but that doesn’t include Aramex shipping but I didn’t mind. I usually take out all the items from my car but I wasn’t there this time around, but I have to say I was surprised this happened at Toyota, at BMW I would expect it in Kuwait but not Toyota. They were gracious enough to offer to pay right away, even if it took a little arguing.

Mini Cooper – Insane Ads NSFW...

I don’t know what MINI Cooper are thinking when they were making these ads, but I really don’t know what to expect from the machines. These advertisements are thought provoking to say the least and I wouldn’t open them during work, and I recommend you increase the volume of your speakers. It just seems a bit on the creepy side, something out of polturgiest for the 3rd Ad and the way they sound is freaky as if this is the woman thats going to stab you with her heels.
