At last we get to see a longer clip of the new Anime Mazinkaiser and I’m amazing, I can’t wait to see this show it is going to be over the top. I keep wondering why they haven’t remade Mazinger Z or Grandizer, but I’m happy as hell Mazinkaiser is coming out soon and based on this short 3 minute clip I can’t wait to see the show. I just hope its a least 26 episodes or longer, I can never get enough of giant monsterous robots getting their buts kicked by the hero and this hero is one bad mother#@$%&! lool

Recently there have been a lot of good animated shows coming out. I have been a huge fan of the Justice League and follow it throughout the seasons and Justice League Unlimited, Im still hoping that they come up with another show of the Justice League. Because of the success of that show on Cartoon Network they have started to make high quality and somewhat mature animated shows, which both the young and old can relate to (I still I’m young). Whats good now is that the producers of these shows don’t think crappy animation and simple stories can satisfy kids, they know to be successful they have to engage them and produce quality shows. Below are some of the good shows I’m following, some are more serious then the others, and they are all different kinds of animation but great shows!
I try and stop by Forbidden Planet any time I’m in London, I think it is on the must visit lists of all geeks. They have every Model, Statue, and Comic that you have in mind. This was just before the Harry Potter movie premiere so everyone was pretty Potter crazy. I was checking out lots of models they have, and so many that I would want to buy. At this point I have a lot of models and movie memorabilia stored up that I shouldn’t buy anything but I bought just one Green Lantern Model which looked really cool. They have a huge Star Wars section, I just couldn’t help staring at the selection they had, I do want a Millennium Falcon but I wouldn’t have any place to put it since its really huge.
They lean more towards Movies, Games, TV, and Comic items then they do anime items as I think the store wouldn’t be big enough. They have a very big first floor showroom and a huge basement filled with every kind of comic you can imagine, they have a very nice transformers section that I spent a good amount of time reading down there. If you like these types of items then its really worth a visit.
Defending the Earth from giant space monsters is tough for Lance, Ilana and Octus. But fitting in at high school might be even tougher. Sym-Bionic Titan follows the lives of Ilana, Lance and Octus, three alien teens that crash-land on Earth while attempting to escape an evil General who has taken over their home planet, Galaluna. Ilana, princess of Galaluna, Lance, a rebellious but capable soldier, and Octus, a bio-cybernetic robot, must now blend into everyday life in Sherman, Illinois. Posing as high school students, Lance and Octus work to conceal Princess Ilana from General Modula and his hideous space mutants sent to harm the sole royal heir of Galaluna.
This motley trio makes a real effort to navigate high school life, all while saving the planet and themselves from an onslaught of inter-galactic attacks. In their everyday forms, Ilana and Lance act as brother and sister, while Octus portrays dual roles of father at home and their friend Newton at school.
When called into battle, our Galalunians are outfitted with individual armor that provides more than ample protection. It’s when the gravest of danger appears that Octus activates the sym-bionic defense program and Ilana, Lance and Octus come together to form the spectacular cyber-giant Sym-Bionic Titan. It is in this form that they battle the most evil of beasts.
Cartoon Network has aired of the awesome episodes their new series Sym-Bionic Titan, from creator Genndy Tartakovsky (Dexter’s Lab and Samurai Jack).I love the mix of 2D and CGI to give it that adult yet fun effect of all of Tartakovsky’s creations. Tartakovsky’s shows have a unique style and Sym-Bionic Titan is no exception. The first set of episodes are almost done and I watched all ten episodes in one night, only one left and I’m craving a lot more of this show. I knew it would be good coming from Tartakovsky but it turned out to be even better then I expected. The best part is that there is soooo much story that they can develop and you don’t know where this is going to go but I’m hoping for a lot, I enjoyed Dexter’s Labratory, and I loved and was addicted to Samurai Jack, this looks to be no different in my enjoyment of this show. I hope they don’t take too long for next season or next batch of episodes.

They have taken the original Star Wars Trilogy and turned into a LEGO Star Wars CGI video short that is awesomely hilarious! It’s a retelling of the the original trilogy, but with a slight twist… it involves that annoying Jar Jar character.
In celebration of Grendizer’s 30th Anniversy the Italian C4DTeam Studio collaborated with the UFO Project to make the ultimate Grendizer short video. When I first this I got insanely excited, for a second I thought they are remaking Grendizer and it looked amazing, especially inside the cockpit, and since they have already started up Mazinkaiser, they are going back to a few old school anime and they might bring this one back, lets hope they make a few more short videos at least.

After about three weeks of watching Star Wars The Clone Wars at every possible moment, I have managed to finish season 1 and 2. Now Season 3 is airing on Cartoon Network and I can’t wait to watch it again. If you are a minor fan of Star Wars then this TV show is for you.
My favorite characters on this show being Obi-Wan Kenobi, Captain Rex, Anikan Skywalker, and Skywalker’s Padi Wan. They have really gotten the story across very well, and you feel there is an expansion on the Star Wars Universe. I’m not sure where the story is going but I do love how you know that the Sith Lord is Senator Palpatine but you don’t know when they will find it out. Season 3 is just starting and I really don’t want this show to end!

This is the one new shop right next to Reel Cinemas in Dubai Mall. I love that they try to organize stores which have relation to each other. So walking by this place I saw they had all kinds of models, lots of Star Wars and a huge couple of statues which are for sale. There is a huge Hulk and Snake Eyes from G.I.Joe, Snake Eyes was cool but his sword should be longer. They had a lot of cool items for any movie fanatic to see and own, and I have some of the cool items they have and a few more they don’t have. If you like this sort of things its really worth checking out.
Now any news about Voltron gets me excited, I love when they remake an animation from back in the day. In this case it’s Voltron and every kid loved Voltron, I even remember picking up the 5 lion toy piece set from Shamiya Co-op and putting it together to form Voltron. This is the first look of Voltron and I think they are really bringing it the future, and keeping in mind it will be targeting an older audiences since all the fans are adults at this point. These concept drawings for the movie aren’t exactly what the movie will turn into but I’m assuming pretty similar, I’m hoping for it to be a damn good movie, its supposed to be released some time in 2013.

Recently I’m barely keeping up with all the downloads, too much to see and almost no time to watch what I want. I really want to go on an anime binge, I haven’t had enough anime in a while and when I do watch it I get worked up again, but I know when I do I’m going to jump right in. Then there are all the good tv shows this season, I have been looking forward to the return of Sons of Anarchy.
