Review: Pride and Glory

A saga centered on a multi-generational family of New York City Police officers. The family’s moral codes are tested when Ray Tierney, investigates a case that reveals an incendiary police corruption scandal involving his own brother-in-law. For Ray, the truth is revelatory, a Pandora’s Box that threatens to upend not only the Tierney legacy but the entire NYPD.

I’m a huge fan of Edward Norton, and I also like Colin Farrel movies. Norton knows how to bring out the character and always choose these complex stories with difficult characters to portray. This time its no different, he is a burnt out cop from a family of cops and he has to dig into a murder investigation where four cops were killed. What he might find at the end of the investigation might rip his family apart. The storyline is simple yet it keeps you hooked, you keep wondering what he is going to find out and when. If you like cop movies then this is the choice.
