So after operating the PC for over months on end only restarting it and everything else in my room, it has gotten a bit hot and my PC is acting a little weird so I decided to shutdown my PC and everything else that I don’t need to have on including my Network Area Storage, and a few other things. I only kept my router on so I could surf on my laptop which is off and on at a regular basis.
Shutting my PC off with the other pieces of electronics has led my room to be a lot cooler then usual which is nice, but I honestly feel like something is missing since I got used to the hum of the PC and other items when running.
What I have connected to the four power strips:
When I look at my power strips I wonder what the hell I have connected to it, and when going through it I realize its a huge amount of things connected to it and I only have 2 open points. Three strips have only 4 and one has 5 for a total of 17 and I’m using 15 of them. I’m surprised the power hasn’t shorted out from the use, every modern house should have some sort of server room at this point with networking points in the apartment or house.
